Yara Abdelsamad has participated in the acquisition of 2 companies of Pharos Group that are worth approximately an amount of 10 million Egyptian Pounds in 2020.
Yara has participated in drafting and reviewing FIDIC’s contracts and agreements, rather than participating in many dispute resolutions in the Arbitration sector for high-level companies in the field of Landscape and contracting.
During the year 2021, Ms. Yara participated in handling the legalities of a strategic mega project in Egypt, which entailed a complex set of legal transactions in the field of Energy and construction.

Furthermore, Yara has experience in the Oil & Gas sector in Egypt whereby she represents major Oil & Gas companies such as London Offshore Consultancy and Pan Marine Group. Furthermore, Yara has extensive experience in the fields of finance, real estate, M&A, Agriculture, and Food industries.
