
Omar Ghorab is a Junior Associate in the Litigation Department and a practicing lawyer admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association since 2023. He is involved in handling a broad range of legal and judicial matters in accordance with Egyptian law and relevant international conventions, and has developed practical experience in providing legal consultations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing clients before judicial and administrative authorities.
Omar has particular experience in matters with an international dimension, including legal coordination and liaison with the Turkish Embassy. His work in this area includes handling legal affairs relating to Turkish nationals residing in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as matters involving documentation, consular procedures, and civil and commercial disputes of an international nature.
Omar approaches his legal practice with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, supported by a solid academic foundation and specialized legal training that enhance his ability to handle complex and cross-border legal matters.
Omar holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Cairo University, English Section. He has also completed specialized training in International Commercial and Business Law, covering principles of international trade, contract drafting, commercial arbitration, and intellectual property rights, as well as training in International Law and International Justice Mechanisms, focusing on the role of international organizations and courts in dispute resolution. In addition, he has undertaken professional courses in Legal English, Legal Drafting, and Contract Law and Drafting.
