MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE – LITIGATION DEPARTMENT
Mohamed Mahmoud has proved his ability in the Mohamed Nasser law firm since joining in 2020, by handling Civil and Commercial Cases, International commercial arbitration cases, Criminal Cases, Personal Status Issues, and Drafting Contracts.
Mahmoud has been crucial in the litigation department for a number of clients, defending them against a number of allegations, working with lawyers, and more.
He is capable of drafting and preparing pleadings, and other litigation material, and collecting relevant evidence for court cases. This effectively takes and defends depositions as well as manages discoveries in tricky litigation contexts.

Education:
Mahmoud graduated from Helwan University class of 2011 and registered in the Bar Association in 2012.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration – from Cairo University and is registered High Court Bar Association (Appeal).
