Khaled Shafiq is an Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department, with extensive experience in litigation, international arbitration, and cross-border legal matters. A graduate of English Law, Khaled has developed a strong legal foundation through rigorous academic training combined with hands-on legal practice. He has been actively involved in both domestic litigation and international arbitration proceedings, contributing to case strategy, legal research, drafting pleadings and arbitration submissions, coordinating with arbitrators, and supporting the enforcement of arbitral awards. His litigation experience includes representing clients before Egyptian courts in civil, labor, and commercial disputes.
Khaled also has significant experience in matters with an international dimension. He acts as a legal advisor to the Turkish Embassy, providing ongoing legal advisory services, ensuring compliance with applicable local and international legal frameworks, and offering strategic guidance on a range of legal issues. His practice further extends to maritime law, including charter parties, carriage of goods, maritime disputes, and international shipping claims, as well as intellectual property matters such as trademark registration, copyright disputes, and IP protection strategies.
