He accomplished this by practicing corporate law, which includes managing all aspects of corporate activity under the Businesses, Investment, and Capital Market Laws, and all matters related to the incorporation and operation of companies, subsidiaries of foreign businesses, and representative offices. 

Areas of expertise & specialization:

  • Islam interviewing clients and gathering sufficient information to draught and file necessary business documents, such as articles of incorporation, partnership agreements, required the secretary of state filings, and a wide range of services, ranging from advising on documents for establishing companies, branches, and subsidiaries to give, incorporating all legal forms of companies and legacies.
  • Organizing and attending General Assembly and Board of Directors Meetings and shareholder meetings and preparing official certification of meeting minutes.
  • Conducting legal memos, opinions, and advice in labor and corporate disputes along with Due Diligence reports in a corporate field.
  • Drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to, services, SHAs, and lease agreements, obtaining and registering official authorizations, licenses, and visas.
  • Handling a variety of corporate and commercial law, related tasks, and matters for a number of high-profile international companies. 
  • Representing international companies before the Egyptian Federation for Construction & Building Contractors (EFCBC) concerning their registration as foreign correspondents or national contractors. 

Education:

Magdy graduated from Ain Shams University – English section – class 2011 and registered in the Bar Association in 2015.
