Hamsa Sayed is a Legal Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department, with focused experience in corporate structuring, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Her practice encompasses advising local and international clients on company incorporation, corporate governance, shareholders’ arrangements, restructuring, and post-incorporation compliance. Hamsa regularly drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial agreements, including supply and distribution agreements, shareholders’ agreements, service contracts, and cross-border commercial arrangements.
She has practical experience in regulatory filings before competent authorities, handling corporate approvals, drafting board and shareholders’ resolutions, The General Assembly Meetings, and ensuring alignment with applicable corporate and commercial legislation. Her work is characterized by precision, risk assessment, and a commercially pragmatic approach tailored to each client’s business objectives.

Hamsa sayed graduated from Helwan University – English section – class 2020 and registered in the Bar Association in 2021.
