He has advised multinational companies such as Noon, Uber, PepsiCo, Philip Morris, Azza Fahmy Designs, and JOE by Azza Fahmy. His expertise includes company incorporation, restructuring, liquidation, taxation, social insurance, negotiations, drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, employment, corporate governance, commercial matters, due diligence, and M&A.
