
Abdullah Hassanain is a Junior Associate specializing in corporate and commercial law, combining a strong academic foundation with practical experience supporting local and international clients across various industries.
He supports clients on corporate transactions, governance, and regulatory compliance, and has supported commercial transactions and shareholder agreements with significant financial and operational impact. His work includes matters involving foreign entities and international subsidiaries, while ensuring compliance with Egyptian corporate, labour, and investment laws.
Abdullah drafts and structures agreements and corporate resolutions, conducts comparative legal research, and prepares analyses on legislative developments. He also contributes to legal knowledge through articles and training materials and supports local and foreign clients across various sectors, from startups to established corporate groups.
Furthermore, Abdullah was selected to represent Cairo University in the 2023–2024 Price Media Law Moot Court Competition at the University of Oxford, refining advocacy and analytical skills through extensive research, written submissions, and oral pleadings at both the regional and international levels.
